Purchase TeaStar Thai Cafe: This option includes the full TeaStar brand, including the established customer base, menu, and all assets such as location, equipment, and lease. As part of this purchase, we will provide comprehensive training to ensure a smooth transition for the new owner.

Asset Sale: For those interested in bringing their own concept to the space, we are also offering an Asset Sale option. This includes the location, equipment, and lease, allowing the buyer to establish their own brand and menu within the existing space.
"For those interested in the Asset Sale option, we are offering the location, equipment, and lease for $196,500. This includes a 3,000 SF cafe including a large 1,500 SF commercial kitchen with Walk In plus double 8' Hood. Ideal for catering or just growing your business.
As for the TeaStar Thai Cafe purchase option, Bizbuysell.com has estimated the value of our cafe to be between $350,000 and $400,000 based on the information we provided. However, we understand that this valuation may be high and are open to discussing a fair and reasonable price with interested buyers.
